PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Report To Project / Sales Manager

Technical / Sales Department

 

Primary function:

Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.

Your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of eachproject is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

 

Secondary function:

a)    To handle project management 
b)    Work together with sales team to fulfill customer’s requirements
c)    To assign tasks for project and maintenance support requests
d)    To provide advice and guideline to engineer before or during project deployment and maintenance support
e)    Site visits on technical problem investigations
f)    Assist to oversee the whole operation of technical department
g)    Prepares reports, compile and analyze all technical situations
h)    To carry out activities at site if requires
i)    To monitor engineer tasks on hand, skill set, workload and various work related needs
j)    To report to the superior on the preventive maintenance services as well as project status
k)    To perform testing on equipment’s, if any
l)    Assist to carry out day to day technical department’s duties which includes the following tasks:
-    Perform preventive maintenance services for air conditioning system, uninterruptible power supply system, fire suppression system, water leak detection system, environmental monitoring system and any others system that carries by company
-    Attend emergency/breakdown calls for air conditioning system, uninterruptible power supply system, fire suppression system, water leak detection system, environmental monitoring system and any others system that carries by company.
m)    To assign and co-ordinate with peers on performing preventive maintenance services and project handling
n)    To carry out assigned project management, site coordination, testing and commissioning of all data center services inclusive of supervision and coordination of all sub-contractors with all necessary paper works required by client and management
o)    To carry out all necessary works or instructions given to you by management or superior on time.
p)    To build a strong technical team with good team work culture
q)    To perform any other duties as and when required by the Management

Qualification & Working Experience Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

  •  Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.

  •  Honest, team player, willing to learn, positive work attitude and proactive.

  • Able to meet deadline.

  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
