Sales Department

Primary function:


  • To manage sales & marketing activities


Secondary function:


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives-

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


Organizational knowledge:

  1. Good understanding and knowledge of company full product range as well as Electrical & Electronic technical knowledge

  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  3. Able to demonstrate positive engagement when dealing with all levels of employees and management to deliver effective and efficient results.

  4. Able to advice management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issue.

  5. Able to lead and develop the teal with hands-on leadership capabilities and to guide others in the continuity of leadership skills and development of succession planning.

  6. Able to understand all mandatory requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and able to perform internal audit for ST.

  7. Good knowledge of company’s strategy and direction.

  8. Risk identification and management skills.


Qualification & Working Experience Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least an Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.

  2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.

  3. Honest, team player, willing to learn, positive work attitude and proactive.

  4. Able to meet deadline.

  5. Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
