SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT
Report To Sales Admin Manager
Sales Department
Primary function:
-
Assist Sales Admin Manager to provide office support to field representatives
-
Creating, Processing and Preparing Sales documentation
-
Creation of brochures and sell sheets for Sales Consultants
-
Manage customer reviews and feedback
-
Manage traffic log books and track overall sales trends
Secondary function:
-
Assist customer reviews and feedback
-
Maintaining and updating customer database
-
Prepare monthly reports for Sales Manager
-
Assist Admin & HR Dept if necessary
Organizational knowledge:
-
Good understanding and knowledge of Sales Administration
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to demonstrate positive engagement when dealing with all levels of employees and management to deliver effective and efficient results.

Able to advice management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issue.

Able to lead and develop the teal with hands-on leadership capabilities and to guide others in the continuity of leadership skills and development of succession planning.

Able to understand all mandatory requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and able to perform internal audit.

Risk identification and management skills.
Qualification & Working Experience Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma Business Management or related field
-
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Honest, team player, willing to learn, positive work attitude and proactive.

Able to meet deadline.

Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
